PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: 27 / May / 2026
[1] INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Influence4Me, and protect information obtained through our website, storefronts, products, services, communications, and related platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Services.
[2] BUSINESS MODEL AND PLATFORM ROLE
INFLUENCE4ME operates an online custom merchandise and manufacturing platform featuring laser engraving, vinyl cutting, customized products, creator storefronts, and related fulfillment services.
Approved Influencers may upload graphics, branding materials, and related creative content for use within their approved storefronts and product selections. While Influencers may operate branded storefronts within the platform, customer transactions, fulfillment operations, moderation decisions, and customer data management remain centrally managed by the Company unless otherwise explicitly stated.

By uploading content, users acknowledge and agree that:
- they possess the necessary rights or permissions to use such content;
- uploaded content may be reviewed, processed, modified, resized, reproduced, or adapted for operational purposes;

Uploaded content may be reviewed manually or through automated systems used for moderation, operational analysis, quality control, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
Uploading a low-res screenshot from 2007 remains a bold creative choice, but may affect production quality.
[4] HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Data is the glitter of the internet; best to be aware of when and how it’s being used. We may use collected information for purposes including:
- Processing orders and payments
- Manufacturing and fulfilling products
- Providing customer support

- Providing optional SMS communications
- Enforcing policies, agreements, and legal rights
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
We do not currently operate broad marketing email campaigns or newsletter programs, though we reserve the right to communicate important operational, transactional, security, or account-related notices.
[5] COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
The Services may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, server logs, and similar technologies to improve functionality and understand user behavior.
These technologies may be used to:
- remember user preferences;
- maintain shopping cart functionality;
- authenticate accounts;
- analyze website traffic and usage;
- improve platform performance;
- monitor security and fraud prevention;
- evaluate operational effectiveness.
Third-party analytics or service providers may also collect information through these technologies subject to their own policies and practices. These are not the cookies those Dark Side guys promised.
Users may disable cookies through browser settings, though portions of the Services may not function properly as a result.
[6] PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors and gateways, including providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
We do not directly store complete payment card numbers on our servers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment information may be collected, processed, and stored by third-party payment providers subject to their own privacy policies, security practices, and terms.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of all payment providers used during checkout. If a payment processor asks whether you are really you, try not to take it personally. Existentialism is only a philosophy.
[7] REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND PUBLIC CONTENT
Users may have the ability to post reviews, comments, ratings, or other publicly visible content.
Any information voluntarily disclosed in public-facing areas of the Services may become publicly accessible. Users should exercise caution when sharing personal information publicly.
Notice: Picking fights over the internet is verified to be “silly goose” behavior, no matter the platform. Thank you for restraining yourself.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to moderate, remove, restrict, edit, or refuse public content at our sole discretion.
[8] CONTENT MODERATION AND DISCRETIONARY REVIEW
The Company reserves broad discretion to review, reject, remove, restrict, or refuse content, graphics, storefronts, comments, reviews, or uploaded materials that may violate Company policies, operational standards, legal requirements, intellectual property rights, or other platform guidelines.
The Company may permit artistic, political, religious, controversial, or adult-oriented expression in certain contexts while still exercising discretionary moderation authority. Double-check the source and translation of any foreign languages to be sure “辣味橙汁鸡肉” (“Spicy Orange Chicken”) was intentional.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted as guaranteeing publication, continued availability, or approval of any submitted content.
[9] SMS, EMAIL, AND COMMUNICATIONS
Users may receive transactional, operational, security-related, or support-related communications from the Company.
If SMS functionality is implemented, users may receive order notifications, account alerts, verification messages, or support communications. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.
We wish to avoid becoming the reason you ignore notification sounds. Users may opt out of non-essential communications where applicable, though certain operational communications may remain necessary for account administration and order fulfillment.
[10] THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INTEGRATIONS
The Services may rely upon third-party providers, plugins, integrations, platforms, and infrastructure services, including hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, security services, spam prevention tools, communication providers, and e-commerce software.
These third parties may process information as necessary to provide functionality or support operations.
The Company is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
[11] DATA RETENTION
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- maintain accounts and order histories;
- fulfill legal and tax obligations;
- provide customer support;
- preserve manufacturing records;
- maintain uploaded graphics and production files;
- enforce agreements;
- resolve disputes;
- improve operational continuity;
- protect against fraud or abuse.
Retention periods may vary depending on operational, legal, or technical requirements.
[12] DATA SECURITY
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic security is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by the Services.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
[13] CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly solicit or intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected unintentionally, we may take reasonable steps to remove it.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information may contact us using the information provided below.
[14] UNITED STATES OPERATIONS
The Services are intended primarily for users located within the continental United States.
If users access the Services from outside the United States, they acknowledge that information may be transferred to, processed, and stored within the United States and subject to applicable U.S. laws.
[15] USER RIGHTS AND REQUESTS
Depending on applicable law, users may have certain rights regarding their personal information, including rights to:
- request access to stored information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of certain information;
- request limitation of certain processing activities;
- opt out of certain communications.
We reserve the right to verify identity before responding to requests.
Certain information may be retained where legally permitted or operationally necessary.
[16] INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users remain responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations for uploaded graphics, trademarks, designs, artwork, and related materials. Uploading copyrighted material you do not own and then acting surprised remains a historically ineffective legal strategy.
The Company does not independently guarantee the legality or ownership status of uploaded content and reserves the right to remove or refuse content in response to complaints, disputes, legal concerns, or policy violations.
[17] CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time.
